D.T.P.

Discipleship Training Program is our small group ministry that runs from September through April on Sunday nights. Our focus is building community with small group studies in God's word majoring in scripture memory and prayer.

On Sunday nights small groups gather from 6:00 to 7:30 pm here on our church campus. These small groups are led by adult shepherds who guide students in exploring God's Word and applying it to their lives. The groups are designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their spiritual journey.

This is the seventh year of D.T.P. We have grown from 25 students and three adults prior to DTP to this year anticipating 90 students along with 18 adults. Our desire is to give every single student an opportunity to experience a small group setting for personal and spiritual growth. A foundational verse for D.T.P. is found in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken (v. 12). Our desire is to see these groups be powerful cords that provide students a place to find strength, hope, growth and support. Thus, the Church and the Youth Ministry come together as large groups to celebrate, and in small groups to nurture and care! Please join us and fill out a DTP covenant TODAY!!!
