Podcast Basics

A Podcast is just a fancy way of saying I'd like to download an audio file to my computer and listen to it.  All you need to get started is a computer, iTunes and an audio file. In iTunes you can even take the file mobile by burning it to a CD or adding it to your iPod, if you have one.

The best part is once you subscribe to our free Podcast you'll automatically receive the next sermon every week.  It's all automatic.  It's an exciting alternative to radio, because you choose which audio files (mp3) you want to listen to, and when or where you listen to them.

To get started just click on the iTunes logo below and download the iTunes application.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Step 3

You will now have an entry for the FBCG Podcasts. Only the most recent one will be downloaded, if you see others that you would like to download to your computer simply click the GET button.

As stated earlier there a many different ways to download and sync Podcasts with your computer and iPod.
