Background

I grew up in the Midwest and I currently live in Batvaia with my wife and kids. I graduated from Wheaton College in 1992. After a failed attempt at professional football, I worked in the corporate world for 1 year. I felt the call of God to pursue ministry in late '93 and began working in youth ministry in '94. I spent 5 1/2 years on staff with Willow Creek Community Church before coming to First Baptist of Geneva in 1999. I received an MA in Evangelism and Spiritual Formation from Wheaton Graduate School in '04.

Family

I live in Batavia with my wife Erin and our children Noah (1996) and Hannah (1997), and Benjamin (2000).
