Hand in Hand Purpose
The Preschool is an outreach of First Baptist Church of Geneva providing a service to families in our neighboring communities. A caring Christian environment is created at Hand in Hand Christian Preschool where children develop emotionally, intellectually, physically, spiritually, and socially.
Hand in Hand Goal
The Preschool's goal is to enhance each child's emotional well being and self-esteem, while stimulating mental growth. A balanced program is provided involving exploration and discovery in group and individual settings. The teaching staff strives to teach the values of the Christian faith to the children through guided conversations, spontaneous teachable moments, Bible stories, and songs. The teachers pray with the children and model Christian attitudes and outlooks through their daily classroom activities.
Hand in Hand Program
Children participate in a well-rounded, flexible program designed for their total development and filled with a variety of experiences. The Illinois Preschool Early Learning Standards are incorporated into our curriculum.

Children are grouped according to age and personal development levels. Each class of 8 to 15 children has two well-qualified, caring staff members-a certified teacher and a competent assistant.

Hand in Hand Enrollment
Hand in Hand Christian Preschool is licensed by the state to meet the needs of preschool children ages 3 to 6 years. To be enrolled, children must be 3 years old by September 1, as well as toilet trained. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion and gender.
