Prayer Requests:

• That outbreaks of violence against Christians in Jos, Nigeria would stop
• That the true picture of what has happened will reach credible news media
• Pray too for the students and staff of the IFES student movement in Nigeria, especially those living in Jos.
• Pray and for them not to fear, but to know that God is with them. We pray that God will use these believers to impact their society for his glory.
• Please continue to pray for the Peace for the city of Jos and for our safety. Funmi & I working with others are deeply involved in ways to find peace in the midst of the turmoil around us.” (Safety issues concerning “unabated ethno-religious crises rocking our city (Jos) and state, signaling also the religious and political diseases which have plagued this nation: injustice and bad governance.”)
• Pray for the IFES-EPSA Institute of Staff Development (ISD) theological and Biblical studies training taking place. Two staff members have not received their visas yet. The ISD course is to run for hte next 8 weeks and funding could be a challenge.
